A small-group session built for athletes just starting their guard journey. Limited to 5, so every rep gets coached. Enter through the Narrow Gate.

Cancellation Policy At Unchained Athletics LLP, we strive to provide exceptional service to our clients. Please note the following regarding cancellations: No Refunds for Cancellations: All sessions are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be refunded. No Refunds for No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be offered. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
